What is the front-end aid amount?

700,000 DA if income is ≤ 4× SNMG (96,000 DA), and 400,000 DA if income is between 4 and 6× SNMG (96,000–144,000 DA), per executive decree 10-235.

What is the loan rate?

Subsidized bank loan: the beneficiary pays 1% per year if income is ≤ 6× SNMG, and 3% between 6 and 12× SNMG; the Treasury covers the rest (decree 13-389).

Why do the ceilings vary with the SNMG?

Because the official texts express income ceilings as multiples of the SNMG, so they rise automatically when the SNMG rises (24,000 DA since 2026).

About this tool

This tool calculates your aid under the aided promotional housing (LPA) scheme: the State grants, through the National Housing Fund (CNL), a 'front-end aid' to middle-income households. You are eligible if the household's monthly income does not exceed 6× the guaranteed national minimum wage (SNMG).

The amount (decree 10-235): 700,000 DA if income is ≤ 4× SNMG, 400,000 DA between 4 and 6× SNMG. You can also estimate the monthly payment of a subsidized bank loan at 1% or 3% (decree 13-389). Indicative result, for guidance.
