Retirement calculators

Plan your retirement in Algeria: estimate your pension amount and retirement date per CNR rules.

Guide to retirement calculators in Algeria

This category answers two questions every worker asks: when can I retire, and how much will my pension be? For salaried employees, retiring through the CNR is conditioned on age 60 for men (55 on request for women) and a 15-year minimum career, with the pension computed at 2.5% per year on the average of the best 5 years, capped at 80%. For the self-employed, CASNOS applies entirely different rules for retirement and the survivor's pension paid to heirs. Each calculator works out your date or amount depending on your scheme.

Which tool fits your situation?

What are the numbers based on?

Employee rules rest on retirement law 83-12 as amended by law 16-15 (which abolished proportional retirement in 2017), and law 25-09 for the reduced age for education-sector staff. CASNOS rules follow the fund's official portal. The minimum for both pensions is tied to the national minimum wage SNMG (24,000 DA).
