Salary calculators

Everything you need to understand your salary in Algeria: from gross to net, including social security contributions and income tax.

Guide to salary calculators in Algeria

Salary calculators turn a payslip line into a clear breakdown: what goes to social security (CNAS), what the global income tax (IRG) takes, and the difference between the gross amount written in your contract and the net amount that actually reaches your account. The category also covers special cases: a university teacher-researcher's salary by grade and step, the quarterly productivity bonus for civil servants, and the real cost an employer bears for a worker. From an ordinary monthly salary to overtime, paid leave, and end-of-contract compensation, each tool handles one piece precisely.

Which tool fits your situation?

What are the numbers based on?

The figures rest on the 2026 Finance Law (CNAS rates and IRG brackets), decrees 24-103 and 24-107 for university-teacher pay, executive decree 10-134 for the productivity bonus, and labour law 90-11 combined with ordinance 97-03 for overtime, paid leave and severance. The calculators are updated every year when the new Finance Law is published.
