DGIThis calculator estimates the monthly salary of an Algerian university teacher-researcher from grade, échelon and an optional senior post. The base treatment is the grade's index × the index-point value (45 DA), plus the allowances set by décret 24-107: teaching experience (7% per échelon), scientific qualification, supervision, and documentation.
Social security (CNAS 9%) and income tax (IRG) are then deducted for the net. Indicative result: the geographic-zone allowance, family allowances and administrative senior posts (rector, dean…) are not included, lacking an official scale. Effective 1 January 2024 (décrets 24-103 / 24-107).
