About this tool
This tool calculates annual paid leave compensation under articles 38–41 of law 90-11 (labour code). The rule: 2.5 leave days per month of actual work (max 30 days/year), plus seniority bonus days. For construction, public works and irrigation workers, the fund is managed by CACOBATPH (decree 97-45).
