About this tool

This tool is for anyone building a rural home with their own funds: the State grants, through the National Housing Fund (CNL), a rural housing aid. You are eligible if the household's monthly income does not exceed 6× the SNMG, you do not own a home, and you have not already received State aid.

The amount (decree 10-235): 700,000 DA in most wilayas, 1,000,000 DA in the Southern wilayas. It is paid in two tranches: 60% at the start (building permit / structural work) and 40% at completion of the structural work. Indicative result, for guidance.
