How it works

  1. Taxable assessment base = declared amount (or % of turnover under the flat-rate scheme).

  2. Annual contribution = assessment base × 15%, capped between 32,400 and 648,000 DA.

  3. Contribution is paid in four quarterly installments over the year.

The CASNOS calculator estimates the annual social contribution for non-salaried workers in Algeria (merchants, artisans, liberal professionals, auto-entrepreneurs). The contribution equals 15% of the annual declared assessment base, with a minimum of 32,400 DA (on an assessment base of 216,000 DA) and a maximum of 648,000 DA (on 4,320,000 DA).

It covers the four declaration schemes: standard, real, and auto-entrepreneur (assessment base declared directly), and the flat-rate scheme where the assessment base is a percentage of turnover (25% for sale of goods and production, 35% for services). The contribution is also broken down into quarterly and monthly payments.
