Social housing points calculator (LPL)

Daïra commissions rank public rental housing (LPL, 'social') files by an official points grid set by executive decree 08-142. This tool computes your total across five criteria: income, current housing conditions, family situation, personal situation (moudjahid / disability), and file seniority.

Eligibility requires that the household income not exceed 24,000 DA per month. Indicative result: final ranking is done in two lists by age (35 and over / under 35), and units are assigned by public lottery (no numeric tiebreak in case of a tie). The final decision rests with the daïra commission after a field investigation.
