Work-injury pension and daily indemnity calculator
Compute the monthly permanent-incapacity (IPP) pension or the daily indemnity after a work accident, under law 83-13.
About this tool
Law 83-13 guarantees work-accident and occupational-disease victims a daily indemnity at 100% of the daily salary from the day after the work stoppage (the accident day itself is on the employer), with no prior work-period condition.
For permanent incapacity, a pension is served from 10%: annual pension = reference salary (12-month average before the stoppage, floored at 2,300× the hourly SNMG) × the incapacity rate set by the medical adviser, possibly raised by a social rate (1–10%) and by 40% for third-party assistance. Below 10%, a one-time lump-sum capital is paid.
